Who This Program Is For

Before the Crown™ is designed for teen girls who may appear quiet, sensitive, or unsure of themselves—and for those who struggle with comparison, self-doubt, or shrinking back in social spaces.

This program is especially supportive for girls who:

• Struggle with confidence or self-esteem

• Compare themselves to others

• Feel overlooked, unsure, or disconnected from who they are

• Have difficulty expressing themselves or finding their voice

• Need support understanding their identity in Christ

Before the Crown™ focuses on who your daughter is becoming, not pressure to perform or keep up.

What Your Daughter Will Gain

Through guided conversations, reflection, and faith-centered coaching, your daughter will begin to:

• Develop a stronger sense of identity and self-worth

• Build confidence without needing validation from others

• Learn how to appreciate her individuality

How the Program Works

Before the Crown™ is offered as a 6–8 week small-group coaching experience with a limited number of girls to ensure personal attention and meaningful connection.

Each week includes:

• Guided group coaching sessions

• Confidence-building and identity-focused discussions

• Reflection activities to support personal growth

• Encouragement rooted in faith and emotional development

The small-group setting allows girls to feel supported, seen, and understood while learning they are not alone in their experiences.
