Raising Esther is a holistic mentoring and coaching organization dedicated to empowering both girls and women to rise with purpose and confidence. We prepare girls to navigate the emotional, physical, and social challenges of adolescence, while also supporting women—especially moms—as they grow in faith, identity, and balance.
With the Word of God as our foundation, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space for honest conversations, healing, and growth. We encourage both generations to seek God’s wisdom in their decision-making and daily lives.
We promote self-worth, bold confidence, emotional wholeness, sexual purity, and selfless service. At Raising Esther, we believe that when girls are strengthened and mothers are supported, families and communities are transformed.

Esther's character was one of obedience, strength and courage. Regardless of her initial setbacks in life, she persevered and rose above them all.
An orphan girl, raised by her cousin Mordecai; Esther never knew that one day she would become Queen of Persia. God had His hand on Esther, yet the title of Queen was not immediately bestowed on her. Esther's story begins with her process. She humbly submitted herself to Hegai, the king's eunuch and endured 12 long months of training and beauty treatments before meeting the king. As queen, Esther did not become complacent; rather, at the risk of being executed, she boldly stood before the king on behalf of her Jewish people and requested their freedom.
Just as Esther did not make excuses based on her initial plight in life, our girls will be encouraged to never allow life's circumstances to stand in the way of their success. Just as Esther endured training and beauty treatments, our mentees will learn the importance of self-discipline and taking care of their bodies. Just as Esther was able to make her request known to King Xerxes, our young queens will learn how to make their petitions known before God and place complete trust in Him.
