HI! I'M COACH Q
I'm ready to go to work for you because...
I was that girl — and now I’m that woman.
The one who once stayed silent out of fear of what others might think. The one who said “yes” when she really wanted to say “no.” The one who chased acceptance at the expense of peace. The one who compared her reflection to others and questioned if she was enough. I loved my Creator deeply, but I didn’t always love His creation — me.
Over the years, through prayer, healing, and growth, I’ve learned to embrace my God-given uniqueness — flaws and all — and now I’m passionate about helping other girls and women do the same. From the age of 15, I began serving in church as a Student and Youth Leader, and that’s where my love for mentorship began to bloom.
Since then, I’ve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master’s in Public Health (Health Promotion & Disease Prevention), and several certifications, including Teen Girl Life Coaching. My experiences as an HIV/AIDS Counselor and School Guidance Counselor gave me a firsthand look at the emotional, social, and spiritual battles that women and young girls face every single day.
Today, through Raising Esther, I help women and girls rebuild confidence, strengthen identity, and walk boldly in purpose. I teach them that they are not overlooked or forgotten — they are seen, chosen, and deeply loved by God.
In addition to being a coach, I’m a proud wife and mom of three amazing children — two beautiful daughters and one incredible son. I love singing and songwriting, both of which have been healing outlets on my own journey.
Whether you’re a wife or mother, rediscovering your own identity or a mom raising a daughter to find hers, I’m here to walk beside you — helping you tear down walls, break ceilings, and rise into the woman God created you to be.
All My Love,
💖 Coach Q
