About the event

Raising Esther is a holistic coaching and mentoring organization, located in the Bahamas, focused on equipping adolescent girls for the emotional, physical, and social challenges that they will encounter as they continue to mature and develop. The purpose of the R. E. Queen Prep summer program is to prepare God’s princesses for “Queen” status by way of the 6 Raising Esther pillars of Excellence, Submission, Transformation, Honor, Etiquette and Readiness.

The theme for this, our sixth summer session, is CRUSH” which stands for “Created to Raise an Unwavering Standard for Him. Our primary goal is to help girls between the ages of 6 and 18 elevate their mindsets and shatter the limiting beliefs that keep them from becoming everything they were created by God to be. Excellence is our standard, and our desire is to expose our Royals to presentations from top industry experts in various arenas including Entrepreneurship, Politics, Medicine, Aviation, Law, Entertainment, Business, STEM, Finance, and Performing Arts, just to name a few. Community Service is also of utmost importance to our organization. Our team strives to take a holistic approach by teaching our young queens the importance of caring for the needs of others above their own. Our hope is that by the end of our summer program they will be inspired to achieve even greater for themselves and future generations, and that they are equipped with the confidence and resources necessary for traversing successfully through their school years, university preparation, and essential life skills.
